Retailer Merchandise

Retailer Merchandise tracking information may be obtained directly from the retailer from which they were purchased. You can use the order number associated with the gift (listed on Gift Tracker) to track the package.

Blueprint (Exclusive Label)

Please email support@blueprintregistry.com to obtain tracking information for Blueprint (Exclusive Label) gifts.

Gift Cards & Experiences

Gift Cards & Experience gifts are processed within 1 business day. A redemption code will be emailed to the registrant. If you did not receive the redemption code, please email support@blueprintregistry.com.

Cash Gifts

All cash gifts are held for 5 days before they become redeemable. Please refer to your Gift Tracker for more information on availability.

RETURN POLICY

Retailer Merchandise

Products purchased from retailers are subject to the return policy of the retailer from which they were purchased. Refer to our Return Guide for the return policies of our preferred retailers. If the retailer is not listed, please contact the retailer for more details.

Blueprint (Exclusive Label)

All Blueprint (Exclusive Label) merchandise may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be sent back by mail. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. Contact Blueprint Concierge to obtain a pre-paid return label. The item must be shipped for return within 3 days of receiving the pre-paid return label. Once the warehouse receives the item, refunds are issued to the original purchaser or via PayPal.

Gift Cards, Experiences, & Cash Gifts

Gift Cards, Experiences, & Cash Gifts may be refunded to the purchaser within 24 hours of the purchase.
