Second to becoming engaged and getting married to each other, choosing a honeymoon location was one of the easiest decisions ever! With the Caribbean in mind, we were seeking an island that offered a mix of adventure and relaxation while allowing us to experience a new culture that we’ve not experienced before. Our passion for traveling and love of food drew us to the beautiful island of Guadeloupe where we hope to partake in experiences that can’t be found at your typical tourist destination. In addition, our favorite murder-mystery TV show, BBC’s Death in Paradise, was filmed in the coastal town of Deshaies where we plan on visiting many of the sites seen on the show!
