I had a crush on Eric in high school but he never knew it. Many, many years later he crushed on me before I ever knew it. Seeing each other out one evening we were able to reconnect. We had a few friend gatherings... corn hole, ice cream and fun conversations. Our relationship truly started at a friends campsite after watching fireworks together. It was there that we shared our last first kiss. Eric proposed on the 4th of July at the same friends house and here we are today, planning our life together. 

This was worth the wait.
