Like most modern romances this one started on a dating app. But almost immediately we knew we had found someone special. After only a few dates we were spending almost every evening together. Even when Adam was traveling for work we would video chat at nights just to talk to each other.
Fast forward 5 months of travel, shows, festivals, and deciding we love each other and Covid hits. So without much thought we decided it just felt right to move in together at Adam's place in the burbs. (Something Molly would have never considered a few years ago, but now loves)
Now even before moving in together, we talked about adopting a dog together. Molly loved how much Adam loved Barry and Barry loved him back. So when covid hit and the shelters needed fosters we decided it was the right time. That is what brought our foster fail, Shelly, into our lives and this sassy little sweetheart has given us so much joy and energy.
Then, right when the world was shutting down and we had just adopted a dog we decided to take the next step and buy a house together. So with perfect timing we went out and found an amazing house on the side of a hill, near a dog park and hiking trails, and with tons of space in the back yard for the pups.
After a few months it was obvious that we wanted to get married but first things first, Molly had to meet Adam's mom. But because of covid it wasn't until Thanksgiving, after more than a year dating, that they finally meet. Of course they loved each other immediately.
But there was another reason for the trip, Adam wanted to get the stone from his nana's ring to make a ring for Molly. So shortly after, on a lazy Friday night home on the couch, Adam woke Molly up to pop the question and surprised her when she was already wearing the ring.
Now the rest is history to be written and we can't wait to spend the rest of our lives learning, growing, and loving together and want to celebrate the start of that life with you.
Hope to see you there :)
