FAQs

Extra details about our wedding day and surrounding events.

What COVID-related restrictions or information should I be aware of?

It is likely that COVID will still be a concern this May. Therefore, we want to give you any details about the wedding that you may need in order to make the best decision for the health of you and your family. Though we would hate to miss seeing you, we do ask that if you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms shortly before or on May 28th, that you do not attend.

Arizona does not currently have any quarantine restrictions for out of town visitors. New cases have been steadily declining and as of February 2021, new reported daily cases in Pima county were about 300. A state website where you can get more up-to-date information is: https://www.azdhs.gov.

Other details we thought may be important to you include:
-We will have masks and hand sanitizer available for everyone throughout the event.
-Vendors and staff will wear masks throughout the event.
-The reception will be held indoors; the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside.
-We've invited about 70 adults and the venue can traditionally support up to 300 guests.

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be outdoors and will last roughly 30 minutes.

Are kids welcome?

Yes - make sure to include any child over 2 in the total seat count when you RSVP and to indicate how many are under 8 years.

How many people will be in attendance?

We have invited about 70 adults and expect 8 or less kids. Typically, 10-20% of invitees will not attend, so we are expecting 55-65 guests. Keep in mind that the venue can host up to 300 guests.
