We will have snacks and sandwiches for you to enjoy upon your arrival. The on-site property manager will give us a tour of the property and plantation at [time TBD]. Thursday afternoon or Friday morning are a good time to go shopping for food and beverages. We will provide dinner Thursday, all breakfasts at the retreats, and dinner on Saturday and Sunday, but the rest is on your own. Be sure to get your beverages of choice for when you're hanging out by the pool! There is a small refrigerator and wet bar in every room.

Going on a manta ray night snorkel in Hawaii is an otherworldly and unforgettable experience. We will have a digital sign up sheet coming soon for some minor tasks we need help with to prepare for the rehearsal dinner and wedding day (ex. putting together centerpieces, buying ice, arranging tables in the pavilion etc). Please enjoy the Big Island the rest of the time!

We recommend Wes, Nick, Charlotte, Shannon, Cindy, Tommy and Korey get ready around 3pm to attend the Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal at 4pm. We recommend everyone else get ready at 4pm for the Rehearsal dinner at 5pm.

After sailing down the beautiful Kona Coast on our spacious 45 foot trimaran, your snorkeling adventure will begin in the pristine waters and the vibrant reef of the Marine Sanctuary of Kealakekua Bay. "Hawaii the Big Island Revealed" guide book says, "snorkeling in Kealakekua Bay near the monument is perhaps the best you will find anywhere in the state." Keep a watchful eye out for Hawaiian Spinner Dolphins, Whales (seasonal), and other marine life while you sail down the beautiful Kona Coast. As you enter Historic Kealakekua Bay, you will observe the World Famous Captain Cook Monument (sail time approx. 45 min.) Your snorkeling will then begin in the pristine waters and the vibrant reef of the Marine Sanctuary of Kealakekua Bay. As your snorkel adventure comes to an end, we will set sail back to Keauhou Bay arriving by 5 pm (approx.), with majestic memories of your Sea Paradise trip that will last a lifetime.
