We have an alternate layout planned to accommodate more spacing for indoor dining, with dancing in the breezeway. There is also plenty of space to eat outdoors, if desired. We will send an email update closer to the date with our plan based on the CDC guidelines.

If you are planning to stay in the city, we recommend the 78704 zip code for proximity to the venue, great neighborhoods, and awesome food.

Some of our favorite restaurants and coffee shops are: Elizabeth St. Cafe, Bouldin Creek Cafe, Loro, Thai Fresh, Better Half, Launderette, Veracruz All Natural (great breakfast tacos), the Carpenter Hotel coffee shop, Pinthouse Pizza, Bento Picnic, Mozart’s Coffee, and Mission Street Burrito.

Things to do: paddle boarding on Lady Bird Lake, Lady Bird Lake Trail, Austin Public Library (great views from the rooftop), Jester King Brewery (unique beers right around the corner from our venue), and Treaty Oak Distilling (also right next to our venue!)

Please be aware that the road to the venue is winding and dark at night. Please plan your transportation to and from the Prospect House with designated drivers in mind. As there are many breweries and wineries near our venue, Uber and Lyft is readily available.

Summer casual, ex: sun dresses, no ties or jackets required. It will be warm and we want you to be comfortable!
