I am one blessed bride. I have the most beautiful women standing up for me. When I was writing their introductions they all sound like the same person as they all have qualities that make them worthy of me wanting them to be apart of something so sacred. I chose ladies that I knew would be genuinely happy for us and our union. I chose women that I know if I call them with a problem they are going to take it to The Lord in prayer. I love these ladies and they love me back.

Dana and I met when she was my roommate at The Lincoln University. She also grew up with Khan. Dana is my prayer warrior, my voice of reasoning, my big sister. She doesn't mind letting me know when I'm wrong. She's a loving wife and an awesome mother to Khan's God Daughters and my nieces.

Sherry and I ran track together at Little Flower High School. She is my big sister, Turn up queen and diva! We travel together, cry together, double date and laugh all the time. She’s a loving wife, mother, and grandmother of 4! She’s loves her church family and singing on the choir.

Cindy and I met on a job years ago. Cindy is one of the strongest women I know. We raised our children together, made some crazy memories and laugh at things others wouldn’t find funny. She’s my go to and my daughters God Mother.

Imani is the daughter of the bride. My first born and my favorite daughter (she’s my only daughter) Imani is my boss babe! She has my back no matter what. If I'm rocking she's rolling. She can start a business in her sleep! She’ll fight for the underdog and any other type of dog. She’s an animal lover. She's tough but sensitive. She's my private stylist and I love her in this life and the life to come.

Mahogany is the daughter of the groom. She’s our sour patch kid! I’ve watched her build her business from the ground up and I can’t wait to see how far she goes. She loves to have a good time and will turn up at the drop of a dime. Mahogany has a sweet spirit but will speak her mind however she sees fit. She marches to the beat of her own drum and I love her to pieces.

Mia is the bonus daughter to the bride. Mia has been in the family for 10 years. She’s my dare devil, very adventurous and free spirited. I love her and she loves me back. She is such a sweet young lady. She’s business minded and never ceases to amaze me. She’s my nurse bae.

Keisha is the cousin of the bride. I’ve witnessed her overcome so much in life and yet it has never changed her heart of gold. She’s the crazy sexy cool one. She has made me laugh through my tears, listened to my foolishness even in the middle of her own, and encourages me every time we speak. Don’t let her quietness fool you because baby she will lay you out if need be. My little cousin is so cute and creative.

Myah is the cousin of the bride and our very own Zumba instructor! Myah is my dancing machine and my fashionista. Should I say my dancing diva. She has been a listening ear, a prayer partner, and a major supporter. She’s a great wife and a loving mother. How could I not have her stand up for me.

Autanya (Tina) is the cousin of the bride. Tina knows everything. I can remember always calling her for answers before google. She's very creative, an amazing cook, lover of fur babies. No matter how much time goes by when we reconnect its like we never left.

Tijuanda is the cousin of the groom. She was the 1st cousin to welcome me into the family. Her bright smile and big hair can light up any room. She's an educator and a devoted mother of one son. She's bubbly and funny and scarcastic (and I'm always here for it). She has the dopest glasses and fashion sense. She loves to shop and I enjoy her meatless meals. She's so lovable. She's the cousin to say I love you every time she sees you.

Amira is the cousin of the groom and has become my cousin in every sense of the word. Great minds think alike as we finish each other’s sentences. She’s very adventurous and takes me out of my comfort zone which is a good thing. Every time we go to Mike's she tries to kill me with hour long walks in he woods. When ever we link up it’s an amazing time. She's an animal lover like me, however, I'm scared of her fur babies (Sandy & Storm ) She was the 1st person in the family that we told we were engaged!

Skylar is the God Daughter to the bride. Skylar is such an amazing little girl. She’s so friendly and caring. She speaks to everyone she sees when we’re out, she’s very talented as she makes songs while playing her guitar. Her mom won’t allow me to buy her drums! I know she’d be an awesome drummer. She’s such a diva as she keeps her manicure fresh, she loves to pick out her own clothes, and will advocate for herself when she wants something. My SkyPie is such a big girl
