Our goal is that all guests are kept safe during our wedding. Below are the safety precautions that are put in place by the Ryland Inn and additional information.

What are the safety precautions that are put in place?

• All staff are masked at all times and wear gloves when appropriate.
• Employee Temperature checks are taken before entering the building.
• We follow hygiene guidelines, including handwashing.
• We require employees with Symptoms of COVID-19 to stay home.
• We offer sanitation stations throughout the venue.
• We support public health contact tracing efforts, while complying with privacy. All guest information is attained as well as their seating arrangements.
• All Food Stations are manned by Severs who will serve the guests.
• All food stations have plexiglass guards.
• Guests must wear a mask when arriving, going to the restrooms, bars, food stations, elevators, or any public area.
• Guests must wear a mask if they cannot socially distance from guests who are not in their immediate family or household or partner.
• Restrooms are cleaned continually throughout the day.
• All high touch surfaces are disinfected frequently.
• All guest tables are 6 ft apart.
• All vendors have their temperatures checked upon arrival.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception be indoors or outside?

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be taking place outside, the cocktail hour will be held both inside and outside, the reception will be indoors with an option to go outside to the patio.
