How are you protecting your guests, vendors, and staff at your wedding in regards to COVID-19?

This will depend on what the NC, venue, and CDC recommendations are in October 2021. We will make the call and include all our safety procedures in the 'Details' note of the invitation.

Will you be postponing due to COVID-19?

Great question. Although the COVID-19 crisis has created much uncertainty, as of now, we will be proceeding as planned with our wedding on December 17, 2021. We understand that the situation is in constant flux, but based on the national projected vaccine distribution timeline, we hope that by this winter it will be safe to gather and celebrate.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by November 1, 2021.

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. The happy hour will be a flex indoor and outdoor space

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

For those who drive in, there are three public parking lots and decks available within a block of Market Hall. Loading Zones are located on Wolfe Street and Parham street for easy access.
Street Parking on Blount Street, Person Street, Martin Street and inside City Market is 2 hour free parking Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm and open after 5pm on weekends. City Market Lot (228 S. Person Street). Fees are $1/hour Monday-Friday and $5/car Friday night through Sunday. Wilmington Street Deck (122 S. Blount Street) and Moore Square Deck (223 S. Wilmington Street). Fees are $5 per car on Fridays and Saturdays after 5:00 p.m.; $2/hour Monday-Friday; free after 7:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday and all day on Sundays. Free street parking based upon availability.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Absolutely, but please refrain from doing so during the ceremony. We have both a videographer and photographer hired to capture the moment! Feel free to include our wedding hashtag!

Will there be food and drinks served at the reception? What kind of food?

Yes, food and drinks will be served at the reception. We will have a full sit down meal for our guests.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

We can't wait to dance the night away with our favorite people. Our preferred attire is semi-formal (suit and tie and cocktail dresses), but we also want everyone to feel their best - so wear whatever you feel happy in. Will the ceremony and reception be in the same location? If not, will there be transportation between the two?

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be in the same venue: Market Hall in downtown Raleigh. The ceremony space will be converted into the reception space during the cocktail hour between the two.
