While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Weather permitting, our cocktail hour will have an outdoor option but the ceremony and reception will take place indoors.

Typically in September, the weather in Kansas City is in the mid to upper 70s to the low 80s.

Yes! The Guild does have three private lots available as well as ample street parking for your guests. And there will be lots of parking at the church.

SO MANY! Our wedding is taking place in the historic Crossroads Arts District and there is a wealth of great local places to explore. We suggest checking out our favorite breweries like City Barrel, Double Shift, Casual Animal, and Boulevard. We also love Paradise Garden Club, Parlor, the Nelson Atkin Museum, Mean Mule Distillery, and Josey Records.

Formal, please! To an event with this dress code, men typically wear a suit and tie while women wear a cocktail dress or a full-length dress.

The Plaza is about 10 minutes away from both the church and the reception venue.
